Are you looking to enhance your engineering and computer science teaching skills? The Tulane University Center for K-12 Education will offer 2 teacher professional training sessions in YES Elementary curriculum for grades 4-5 on August 16, 2025. These training sessions are designed to equip educators with the knowledge and strategies needed to implement high-quality, standards-aligned engineering and STEM curricula in their classrooms. Through engaging activities and hands-on experiences, participants will gain valuable insights into fostering a generation of problem solvers and engineers.
These workshops are presented in partnership with the Tulane University Center for K-12 STEM Education, LASTEM Region 8 Center (SCILS) and Louisiana Tech University (LA Tech).
For each 3-hour workshop session that you participate in, you will receive a grade-level kit AND a $150 stipend. You can enroll in one or all the grade level trainings offered below. Lunch will be provided.
