Thanks to the generosity of Shell and The Joe W. and Dorothy Dorsett Brown Foundation, we are offering one 1-day virtual professional development workshop.
October Workshop: Improving STEM Classroom Instruction: Sharing Hands-on, Minds-on STEM Resources and Grant Writing Assistance
The October Workshop will take place on Saturday, October 23rd from 9:00 - 11:00 am Central. The workshop will also include 1-2 hours of on-your-own-time independent work during the week BEFORE the workshop.
Teachers participating in the October workshop will receive a $75 stipend upon completion of the PD. Teachers must participate in all parts of the workshop to be eligible for the stipend! Space is limited and preference is given to teachers from majority free or reduced lunch schools and teachers already in the classroom. There is a $20 refundable deposit that will be refunded to teachers upon completion of the PD.
